When and how to use it
Connect the input from the preceding step on the path that should perform this operation.
Fill the fields with data available in the trigger's context.
Connect the needed outputs; an unconnected path cannot run later blocks.
Configuration fields
Modal ID — customId
This internal identifier must match the corresponding message component or form exactly, including case. It is different from its visible label.
Input: Text.
Format example, not a ready value for your server:
feedback_form.Default:
modal.Modal title — title
Title displayed for the form, transcript or message. Keep it understandable and separate from internal identifiers.
Input: Text.
Default:
Tell us more.Form fields
Add and name fields in the form editor. Show Modal opens the form; a separate Modal Submit with the same ID handles submission. Do not send Reply or Defer Reply first for that same interaction.
