Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

1. Using Bottly

You must use Bottly and connected Discord services lawfully, follow Discord's rules, and keep your account credentials secure.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. Bottly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; accounts found to belong to them will be closed and their data deleted.

3. Plans and renewal

Pro and Ultimate are prepaid for 30 days. They do not renew automatically and no recurring charge is made; when the period ends your account returns to Free unless you extend it.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Bottly infringes your copyright, send a notice to mihajlopolska@gmail.com identifying the work, the infringing material and its URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

5. Your bots and content

You retain responsibility for the bots, messages, media and automations you create. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

6. Marketplace

Sellers must accurately describe listings and own the content they publish. Purchases grant use of the delivered bot configuration; they do not transfer unrelated intellectual-property rights.

7. Balance and payments

Marketplace balance is denominated in USD and may be added using authorised codes. Unless required by law, redeemed codes and completed digital deliveries are final.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available but may suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

9. Account enforcement

We may restrict or close accounts that misuse the service, compromise other users, violate applicable law or repeatedly breach these terms.

10. Liability

Bottly is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party services, user-created bots or service interruptions.
