Flow reference: Plugins

Crypto Portfolio

A member's wallets valued at live prices: add or remove a wallet, or show the total (Crypto Tools plugin).

A member's wallets valued at live prices: add or remove a wallet, or show the total (Crypto Tools plugin).

When and how to use it

Connect the input from the preceding step on the path that should perform this operation.
Fill the fields with data available in the trigger's context.
Connect the needed outputs; an unconnected path cannot run later blocks.

Configuration fields

Action — action

Choose whether this block adds, lists, removes or guards an item. Fill the identifiers required by that action.

Input: Fixed choice.

Default: show.

Available choices (preserve the exact value):
show — Show portfolio
add — Add wallet
remove — Remove wallet

Member (blank = the user) — user

Choose the target user. {user} may be a command's selected user; {author} is the caller. Use an ID or the variable picker rather than a display name.

Input: Text.

Default: ``.

Address — address

Public wallet address on the selected chain. Never provide a private key or seed phrase.

Input: Text with variable suggestions.

Format example, not a ready value for your server: {address}.

Default: {address}.

Chain (blank = detect) — chain

Select the address's actual blockchain. A valid address on a different network is not the same account context.

Input: Text.

Default: ``.

Label — label

Visible label for the form field or saved wallet entry. It helps people recognize the item; it is not its internal ID.

Input: Text with variable suggestions.

Format example, not a ready value for your server: {label}.

Default: {label}.

Currency — currency

Currency used to display or compare monetary values. Use a supported code such as USD, EUR or PLN.

Input: Text.

Format example, not a ready value for your server: USD.

Default: USD.

Store as — storeAs

Choose a short result prefix such as result. Later blocks must use this same prefix and run after this block. It is not a Discord channel or a persistent table.

Input: Text.

Editor guidance: {portfolio.text}, {portfolio.total}, {portfolio.list}, {portfolio.error}

Default: portfolio.

Outputs and next steps

ok: The operation succeeded.
failed: The operation failed; provide a safe error response.

Read the result after this block, using its configured prefix and the fields supported by the selected operation. Do not assume every response has a text or id field.

Test and troubleshoot

Install the corresponding plugin and configure its required accounts, channels and secrets. Test an API read before a write operation. An external-service error is not a reason to recreate the whole bot.

Save, validate and publish. Perform one real test and read the first relevant log error. [Testing](/docs/flow-testing) · [Variables](/docs/flow-variables) · [Permissions](/docs/flow-permissions).
